Article Processing Charge (APC): USD 200

The APC contributes toward the costs associated with manuscript processing, editorial administration, double-blind peer-review management, plagiarism screening, copyediting, typesetting, online publication, website and platform maintenance, indexing support, and long-term digital preservation.

Payment Policy

The APC is payable only after a manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication by the editorial team.

Payment of an APC does not guarantee acceptance and has no influence on the editorial or peer-review decision.

Editorial decisions are based solely on the academic quality, originality, relevance, methodological rigor, technical quality, and ethical compliance of the manuscript.

APC Waivers and Discounts

Authors from low-income and developing countries may request a full or partial APC waiver or discount.

Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the editorial team, taking into account the author's circumstances and the journal's applicable policy.
